The Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Tender Center of Minsk City Executive Committee" carries out procurement procedures at the expense of the budgetary and own funds of enterprises of communal property of Minsk.
By the Decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee dated the 11th of April 2013 number 1006 the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Tender Center of Minsk City Executive Committee" is defined as organizer in centralizing public procurement for the Minsk City Executive Committee and the customers that are subordinate to the Minsk City Executive Committee, or the shares (stakes in authorized funds) of which are owned by the city of Minsk and transferred to the management of the Minsk City Executive Committee.
