The Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Tender Center of Minsk City Executive Committee" was created in 2004 by the decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee number 952 dated the 7^th of May 2004.

By the Decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee dated the 11^th of April number 1006 the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Tender Center of Minsk City Executive Committee" is defined as organizer in centralizing public procurement for the Minsk City Executive Committee and the customers that are subordinate to the Minsk City Executive Committee or the shares (stakes in authorized funds) of which are owned by the city of Minsk and transferred to the management of the Minsk City Executive Committee.
